CONNECT with amazing opportunities!
The Perth Festival Connect program aims to create opportunities for as many people as possible to engage with Perth Festival, from designing some of our major assets all the way through to just coming along to some of our killer shows.
Here are five fun ways for West Australian artists and arts workers to Connect with Perth Festival!

Dress a Truck for Highway to Hell
There will be eight prime movers rolling down Canning Highway as part of Highway to Hell, and we are looking for artists to creatively ‘set dress’ them and turn Highway to Hell into a visual feast on wheels.
Full details and details on how to submit your concept can be found here.

Become part of the Perth Festival Lab
Ten emerging artists from across disciplines get stuck into the big ideas of the Festival program and reflect on their own artistic practice. Lab participants see performances, meet artists, attend workshops and connect with artists working in different ways.

Join the Producers Lab
Producers from across the Festival program will be invited to provide insights into the range of experiences they have faced in their work. Candid stories are shared of the highest highs, and the trickiest situations, in a series of informative discussions over the course of the Festival.

Sign up for an industry pass
If you are a practicing artist or arts worker, sign up for an Industry Pass to receive Friends of the Festival discounts on most tickets, invites to Industry Nights, access to dress rehearsals and discounts at select Perth Festival venues. A great way to save some money and make the most of the Festival with your peers.

Share your unique spin on AC/DC
The Highway to Hell team are welcoming pitches from EVERYONE to celebrate the breadth of talent around WA alongside the genius that is AC / DC. Whether you have written an ode to Bon Scott that you want to share, choreographed a lyrical dance to Back in Black or arranged Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap for six clarinets, we want to hear from you!
More opportunities, including workshops, masterclasses and discussions, will be announced in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on our CONNECT page for more details.
There are also Connect opportunities for Young People, Schools and Community Groups.
