Customers can purchase tickets from Perth Festival and make philanthropic donations using various channels. These include but are not limited to our website, Information Centre, Philanthropy campaigns, in person at the Box Office and through authorised ticketing agencies.

When you purchase tickets, make donations, or provide information, your data is entered into a customer relationship management system (Tessitura), shared within a consortium of West Australian arts organisations for ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and customer relationship management.

• Arts and Culture Trust

While Perth Festival primarily accesses your data, the consortium organisations can view your name and contact details.
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.
 On behalf of our business partners, we may also send you offers of certain products, services, or promotions.
