Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Services Director
As a key member of the executive team, this role works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Artistic Director to ensure the Festival’s world-class events and artistic vision are delivered on a foundation of financial sustainability, operational discipline, governance excellence, and cultural leadership.
Responsible for whole-of-organisation operations, including finance, governance, legal, enterprise risk and corporate services, the CFO/CSD provides strategic oversight and drives long-term financial and operational strength, influencing decision making at the highest levels of the Festival.

Executive and Program Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant and Program Assistant to support Perth Festival’s executive and programming leadership.
This role is the right-hand to the Executive Director and Artistic Director, ensuring seamless coordination across calendars, meetings, correspondence and key projects. You’ll also provide assistance to the Head of Programming and wider team, helping to manage logistics, artist visits, office operations, and internal communications.

Associate Producer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Producer, Performance to support the delivery of Perth Festival’s performance program in 2026.
In this pivotal producing role, you’ll work closely with artists, companies, and internal teams to bring to life a diverse slate of performances — from concept to curtain call.
This is a high-impact role for someone with multi-arts producing experience, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to juggle complexity with clarity.

Associate Producer
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Producer to help deliver the exciting music program at East Perth Power Station as part of Perth Festival 2026.
This hands-on producing role supports the planning and delivery of this major music venue, with a strong focus on artist logistics, travel, contracting, and stakeholder coordination.
Reporting to the Producer, you’ll be central to ensuring artists arrive ready to deliver unforgettable live performances at one of Perth’s most iconic venues.

Program Coordinator
We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Program Coordinator – Creative Learning and Connect to deliver Perth Festival’s school, education and community engagement programs.
Reporting to the Engagement and Regional Manager, you’ll coordinate a range of opportunities for students, teachers and local arts industry. You’ll liaise with educators, artists, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, deep community engagement, and meaningful outcomes.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in relationship-building, has strong coordination skills, and is passionate about creating access to the arts for students, teachers and creative communities.

Program Coordinator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Program Coordinator – Fine Music to support the delivery of Perth Festival’s fine music program in 2026.
In this hands-on coordination role, you’ll work closely with the Producer, artists, and internal teams to manage logistics, scheduling, artist services, and event delivery. Your work will directly support a seamless and high-quality experience for artists and audiences alike.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with production or program coordination experience looking to grow their career within a major arts organisation.

Senior Manager, Partnerships
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Manager, Partnerships to lead our Partnerships team and drive growth in corporate and government support for the Festival. This fixed term contract runs to the end of March 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Development, this senior role is pivotal in delivering our Partnerships strategy. You will lead a dynamic team to achieve annual contributed revenue targets, build and nurture high-value relationships, and secure meaningful partnerships that help bring extraordinary art to life.
