Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis, supporting Perth Festival through a busy recruitment period. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, fixed-term, casual and Festival workforce positions, partnering with managers across the organisation to attract, select and retain high-quality, diverse talent.
This hybrid role offers 76 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) over a 5-month fixed term, a great opportunity to bring your recruitment expertise to a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation with deep cultural significance to Western Australia
Box Office Team Members
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused people to join our Box Office team for the 2027 Perth Festival season.
Working under the direction of the Box Office Team Leader, you’ll be part of the team helping audiences navigate the Festival, from ticket sales and general enquiries to providing information, solving problems and creating positive customer experiences.

Signage Coordinator
We’re looking for a Signage Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to coordinate the planning, production, installation and maintenance of signage and wayfinding across Festival venues, precincts and event sites.
Working closely with the Production Services Manager and teams across Production, Operations and Marketing & Communications, you will help ensure signage is delivered accurately, safely and on time, while supporting audience navigation, accessibility, operational requirements and Festival brand presentation.
Finance (Payroll) Officer
We're looking for a Finance Officer on a full-time basis, with a payroll focus to keep our compliance and payroll going all year round, and to make sure it doesn't miss a beat when the Festival comes to life across our casual, fixed term and permanent employees.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation and play a key role in supporting our upcoming payroll and HR platform migration.
