Marketing Director
We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead the strategic direction of marketing, communications, publicity, brand, ticketing and audience experience at Perth Festival.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team, you will shape integrated strategies that grow audiences, strengthen our brand, deepen community connection and support the Festival’s long-term sustainability.

Programming & Production Administrator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Programming & Production Administrator to support our Technical Director & Head of Production, Head of Programming and their teams.
You’ll play a key role in keeping systems, records, contracts and communications on track, supporting artist services, stakeholder coordination and production administration to help deliver a successful Festival program.
This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) reports to the Production Services Manager and offers hybrid working arrangements.

Partnerships & Events Specialist
We’re looking for a Partnerships and Events Specialist to support Perth Festival’s Development team through the delivery of meaningful partner relationships, events and corporate hospitality experiences.
You’ll manage a portfolio of partnerships, supporting relationship cultivation, proposals, reporting and acquittals, while coordinating stakeholder events that strengthen engagement with our partners and donors.
The role also contributes to new business development and supports the wider Development team to build lasting connections that help sustain the Festival.

Senior Grants Relationships Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Grants and Relationships Manager to lead Perth Festival’s grants function, securing and growing revenue from government, philanthropic and funding partners.
You’ll oversee the full grants lifecycle, from prospect research and proposal development through to reporting and acquittals. while building strong relationships with funders and supporting the broader Development team to deliver sustainable growth.
