All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. Perth Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance. Film screenings at UWA Somerville are subject to weather conditions. Updates on any changes to the film schedule are broadcast by 7pm online and on Perth Festival social media channels.
Ticket prices listed in the brochure indicate the range of Adult prices available for an event. The lowest price may not be for the best available seats in the venue and does not indicate availability. A breakdown of the individual costs applicable to you can be found on event pages on this website.
Full-time students, Pensioners, Seniors Card holders and Health Care Card holders can gain access to concession pricing. Concession card details must be provided at time of booking and identification shown at the door. Failure to do so will result in paying the difference of a standard ticket to gain entry to the event. Concessions are only available where indicated and are subject to availability.

Pricing for any event or product sold through Perth Festival is subject to demand-based pricing. This may see prices increase or decrease at any time during a sales period for any given event or product. These changes may occur without notice. Such alterations do not entitle you to a refund or adjustment for tickets purchased prior to revised pricing.

Gift vouchers expire at the end of the current Festival and can only be used to purchase tickets to events sold via tickets.perthfestival.com.au.
Please note that all gift voucher purchases are final. Gift vouchers are not valid for events sold on third party websites such as Perth Theatre Trust, Ticketek, and Perth Concert Hall.
Fees & Charges
A $6 transaction fee per order ($3.50 for E-tickets, where available) is payable for tickets booked online, via email, mail, or over the phone through Perth Festival. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post (recommended for general admission events) an additional fee of $4.40 will apply. Fees are non-refundable. If you have selected delivery by mail please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive at your nominated address.

Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded, except as required by law or in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice or as otherwise specified by Perth Festival. Ticket Exchanges are only permitted to another performance of the same event at the same price reserve or higher. Exchanges of this nature are subject to a fee of $4 per exchange. If a refund or exchange is made, Perth Festival may retain any fee it has charged to the extent permitted by the law. Lost or stolen tickets purchased for events that have unreserved or general admission seating will not be replaced. Tickets with a seat allocation can be replaced and applicable replacement fees will apply.
Children under 24 months old may attend most Festival events free of charge on the condition they do not occupy a seat and they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Perth Festival events may be subject to age restrictions. Please ensure you check the event page for confirmation of age restrictions. If an event is classed as 18+ you will be asked to present a legal form of identification.
Tickets are sold on behalf of Perth Festival and are subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or venue where presented.
Please note that Perth Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers or to admit them only at an appropriate point in the performance at the discretion of venue management.
The right of admission is reserved. It is a condition of entry to events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted at any time unless otherwise specified. A breach of this condition may lead to the confiscation of equipment and removal of the ticket holder from the venue.
The right is reserved to vary advertised programs, pricing, venue and seating arrangements, and to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.
Concessions & Companion Card Holders
Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets, and for admission to a performance.
Perth Festival honours Companion Cards. A valid Companion Card or valid Companion Card Number must be produced at the time of booking to gain access to a Companion Card ticket.
Conditions of Purchase
Perth Festival collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or change. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information, Perth Festival is not responsible for failure to contact you.
Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perth Festival is not responsible for any loss, damage, harm or injury arising from a ticket holder’s entry to a venue or performance within a venue.
Perth Festival reserves the right to change any element of a performance sales structure, including but not limited to pricing, at any time and without notice.
The event organiser reserves the right to film, video, record, photograph, broadcast or telecast the event.
Tickets are only valid when purchased through an authorised agent. Tickets may not be resold or offered for unauthorised resale for an amount which exceeds the original ticket price by more than 10%, or as specified by law. Perth Festival reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for unauthorised resale in breach of this condition, without notice and without a refund, and the ticket holder may be refused entry into the event.
