THE RECHABITE

The Rechabite is a multi-level palace of surprise and delight, resurrected from the ruins of a century-old heritage hall in the heart of Northbridge. Built by The Independent Order of Rechabites, the hall was a place where people gathered in the spirit of community, conviviality, and abstinence from strong drink and is now an iconic live performance space where anything can happen and probably will.
The Rechabite consists of Double Rainbow, Hello Rooftop, The Rechabite Hall and Goodwill Club in the basement.

PARKING
There are two City of Perth Parking complexes located within a short distance of The Rechabite with accessible parking.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The Rechabite is located a few minutes walk from the Perth Train Station and Perth Bus Port. As two major public transport hubs in Perth's CBD, there are a range of buses and trains servicing this area. Plan your journey with Transperth on their website or call their info line 13 62 13.
CYCLING
There are bicycle racks along William Street and at the corner of William and James Street.

HELLO ROOFTOP
Upstairs Hello Rooftop is free entry and will feature some of Perth's best DJ's across the festival season.
MINORS
All minors must be under the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian and proof of age must be provided upon request.
Any minors on premise must exit by 10pm and will not be permitted entry after this time.
Minors will not be permitted to attend events that are listed as 18+. Please check individual event page for age restrictions.
ENTRY
The Rechabite has a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, discriminatory, or anti-social behaviour. Please be kind to one another. If you see or experience anything that makes you feel unsafe please speak to our bar staff.

- Smoking/Vaping is not permitted indoors
- Footwear is to be worn at all times
- Venue Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their own discretion
- No animals are permitted at this venue
- No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises including the alfresco
ACCESS INFORMATION
GETTING AROUND
Please note, that the balconies in the Rechabite Hall are only accessible by staircase.
There will be a dedicated space on the Rechabite Hall ground floor for patrons with accessibility requirements.
Pick-up and set-down is available along William Street.
Main Entry
The Rechabite has a small step from the pavement to the main entrance of the building.
Internal flooring is level concrete and floorboard with staircases and lift access to each level.
Accessible Entry
Accessible entry is via William Street to the left of the main entrance.
Lift
Once inside, the lift can be found to the left of the accessible entry. All four levels of the venue are accessible by lift. Please note that within the main hall, the upper balconies are only accessible via stairs.
Elevator internal dimensions: 1.26m(D) x 1.41m(W) x 2.17m(H).
AUDIO
There is no audio loop available.
SEATING
Wheelchair spaces available in all areas.
TOILETS
There is a universal access toilet and two ambulant cubicles at basement level.
