Access

Each year, we seek to reduce barriers to access so that as many people as possible can engage with the Festival. Some of the initiatives developed to ensure we remain a Festival for all people includes Auslan interpreted events and audio described performances, Creative Learning Programs, Community Partners Programs and free access events.

With your help we can continue to break down further barriers to access, sharing art with as many people as possible throughout the Western Australian community.

Sector Development

The Festival provides annual artistic opportunities, skills development and jobs for hundreds of people in WA.

Through the Connect for Arts Industry program local artists and arts workers can participate in programs including Festival Lab, Producer Forum, Fuel for mid-career artists and Industry Panel Sessions with leaders in the field.

Your support will help us to promote and embolden the entire Western Australian arts sector and expand these annual programs and opportunities for artists.

Local Stories

Grounded on Noongar Boodjar, Perth Festival is uniquely placed to celebrate one of the oldest living cultures in the world alongside contemporary stories of this place.

From ancient wisdoms to contemporary dreamings across all artforms, the Festival continues to help showcase local heroes who tell local stories with universal appeal. With your support, we can continue to share events like Boorna Waanginy: The Trees Speak and Galup and discover the next Tim Minchin or Linda May Han Oh.

Become a champion of our place, our stories and our local artists.
