She's Kimming it – The Highlight Reel of Bryony
Wacky. Warped. Wonderful.
Bryony Kimmings’ I’m A Phoenix, Bitch will make you laugh, cry and feel everything in between.
Before she rose through the ashes of a particularly s*** year and turned it into a powerhouse performance, you might have spotted her around the world creating beloved works that snuck into your mind (when you least suspected) and stayed there!
Not familiar? Check out her highlight reel.
SEX IDIOT
This show came to Perth in 2015 and SOLD OUT! We couldn't get enough.
A self-proclaimed show for anyone who’s enjoyed a one-night stand, broken hearts in search of love, and ultimate realisation no (wo)man is an island.
'One of the funniest, most charming things I’ve seen in an age.' Time Out London
FAKE IT TIL' YOU MAKE IT
This very special show also came to Perth in 2015 and also sold out!
It was all about clinical depression and men... from two people who know all about it, Bryony and her boyfriend at the time Tim. It was wickedly warming and funny and explored the wonders and pitfalls of the human brain, being in love and what it takes to be a ‘real man’.
'So fierce, so elegant, so tender' The Age
'Kimmings knows exactly what she’s doing, and she does it brilliantly' The Guardian
CREDIBLE LIKEABLE SUPERSTAR ROLE MODEL
A moving exploration of what it means to raise your daughter in today’s world of commodification, following Bryony and her niece as they navigate the world of pop stars by creating their own in the form of Catherine Bennett.
Art and action have never come together so beautifully – escape the fairy tale where all girls are princesses and join Bryony and Taylor as they slay the dragons.
'Bold, brave and very brilliant.' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Independent
LAST CHRISTMAS
Bryony wrote a movie with Emma Thompson and Greg Wise that stars the mother of dragons... THE MOTHER OF DRAGONS.
Need we say more?
THAT CATHERINE BENNETT SHOW
The aftermath of Credible Likable Superstar Role Model lead to a family show!
Bryony and her nine year old niece, Taylor were back at it again, deciding to create the dinosaur-loving, bike-riding, tuna pasta-eating, alternative pop star Catherine Bennett.
An alternative to the "current mind-numbing offer" was viable and wanted, in Bryony's own words. Played by the leading lady herself and managed in the performance by her niece, the pair capture your heart through their journey together.
A show about family activism, children’s rights and believing in your own power as an individual to change the world resulted in pop songs and anarchy at the Houses of Parliament - what can’t this woman do?
'Whichever channel you choose to tune in to Catherine Bennett, you’ll feel clearer, angrier, hopefuller, betterer for it.' Exeunt Mgazine
