COVID Ticketing Information
We are implementing WA Government's SafeWA contact tracing system. It is a condition of entry to register your attendance when visiting our venues. To make it easier, download the SafeWA app now via the WA Government website. Click here to download the app.
Please do not attend any Perth Festival event if you are feeling unwell.
Discretionary exchanges or refunds may be considered if you have been in direct contact with someone with suspected COVID-19 or someone who has returned from international or interstate travel in the 14 days prior to the event.
If any of these scenarios apply to you, please contact us in writing at least 48 hours before the event you are due to attend outlining the details of your situation. This policy is subject to change should the WA Government’s health advice change.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or check our website for live COVID-19 updates.
Fees & Charges
If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post (recommended for general admission events) an additional fee of $4.40 will apply. Fees are non-refundable. If you have selected delivery by mail please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive at your nominated address.
Other authorised ticketing agents selling tickets to Perth Festival shows charge different transaction fees, please visit their websites for details.
Ticket prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded, except as required by law or in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice or as otherwise specified by Perth Festival. Ticket Exchanges are only permitted to another performance of the same event at the same price reserve or higher. Exchanges of this nature are subject to a fee of $4 per exchange. If a refund or exchange is made, Perth Festival may retain any fee it has charged to the extent permitted by the law. Lost or stolen tickets purchased for events that have unreserved or general admission seating will not be replaced. Tickets with a seat allocation can be replaced and applicable replacement fees will apply.
Children under 24 months old may attend most Festival events free of charge on the condition they do not occupy a seat and they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Perth Festival events may be subject to age restrictions. Please ensure you check the event page for confirmation of age restrictions. If an event is classed as 18+ you will be asked to present a legal form of identification.
Tickets are sold on behalf of Perth Festival and are subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or venue where presented.
Please note that Perth Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers or to admit them only at an appropriate point in the performance at the discretion of venue management.
The right of admission is reserved. It is a condition of entry to events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted at any time unless otherwise specified. A breach of this condition may lead to the confiscation of equipment and removal of the ticket holder from the venue.
The right is reserved to vary advertised programs, pricing, venue and seating arrangements, and to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.
Concessions & Companion Card Holders
Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets, and for admission to a performance.
Perth Festival honours Companion Cards. A valid Companion Card or valid Companion Card Number must be produced at the time of booking to gain access to a Companion Card ticket.
