The Festival Info Centre is closed for the season.
The Perth Festival Box Offices are now closed for the season.
Patrons are strongly advised to only purchase tickets directly through Perth Festival, Arts and Culture Trust or through venue official ticketing providers in order to prevent ticket scalping and to guarantee entry into the event.
For online purchases, Perth Festival accepts Visa and Mastercard only.
For over the counter sales, Perth Festival accepts Visa, Mastercard and cash*.

While Perth Festival is not able to offer refunds for any tickets purchased, we are now working with Tixel as our authorised ticket reselling agent. If you are unable to attend any event and have been unable to exchange for an alternative performance date, you can now safely list your tickets for resale through tixel.com.
There are a range of Adult prices available for each event. The lowest price may not be for the best seats in the venue and does not indicate availability. Visit an event's page on our website for a breakdown of the individual costs applicable to you.
Concession prices are available for most Festival events at most price reserves. These prices apply to Pensioners, Seniors Card holders, Health Care Card holders and Full-time students. Full-time students are entitled to $29 tickets for selected events. Concession or Student card details may be requested at the time of booking and/or at the door.
Group pricing is available for selected events where 10 or more tickets are purchased. Contact [email protected] for details.

Any event or product sold through Perth Festival is subject to demand-based pricing. This may see prices increase or decrease at any time during a sales period for any given event or product. These changes may occur without notice. Such alterations do not entitle you to a refund or adjustment for tickets purchased prior to revised pricing.

Film vouchers are available in flexible six packs. Festival Club Members can also buy 12-pack Vouchers. Click here to purchase.
Voucher packs will be issued as Mobile Tickets and you can track how many you have remaining when logged into your account online. Simply login and look for the Upcoming Events tab in your account.
Film Vouchers are valid for any Lotterywest Films session and expire at the end of the 2024 Lotterywest Film season. Entry is subject to venue capacity, which may be impacted by government mandates.
Once a film voucher has been converted into a Lotterywest Films session and ticket(s) have been issued, the voucher expires and cannot be retrieved. If you are unable to attend the screening date for your issued ticket(s), refer to our Refunds & Exchanges section above.
Film Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, including any unused vouchers remaining at the end of the 2024 Festival Season.
How to Redeem:
You can redeem your tickets for a specific session before the night. To do this simply contact our friendly box office team via our WebChat, email or phone up until 12pm the day of the session you’d like to attend. Your tickets will be issued by 4pm same day.
Please note: For Saturday and Sunday films you must contact us by midday Saturday.

Date and Title of the film you wish to attend
Number of tickets you wish to book with your Vouchers
Ticket Numbers printed on your Film Vouchers
We’ll convert your voucher to a ticket to a film of your choice, subject to availability.
You can still redeem vouchers at the door, however, please note this is subject to availability. We strongly recommend redeeming in advance to avoid missing out. We will communicate availability via our social channels.
Gifting Film Vouchers:
Vouchers are able to be gifted. Mobile Tickets can be gifted by printing at home, or physical vouchers can be printed if required. Please contact our box office team for more information.

2 for 1 Tuesday tickets are only available for purchase in person at the box office for that evening's screening.
2 for 1 Tuesday tickets cannot be purchased in advance. Standard priced tickets can be purchased online/in advance.
Gift certificates for Perth Festival 2024 can be purchased online.
2024 Gift Certificates can be used for purchases through Perth Festival sales channels and expire at the end of the 2024 Festival Season. Gift Certificates can be redeemed via our website, by phone, email or Webchat and at Perth Festival Box Offices.
Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash, including any unused value remaining at the end of the 2024 Festival Season.
Book tickets to three or more events in one transaction through Perth Festival to save 10% off the full price, or 5% off Festival Club or Industry prices.

For selected events in our program you can choose to pay the amount you’d like– from $0 minimum ticket price. Simply put, it’s a pay what you can method.
Any amount you pay above the suggested ticket price will be used to ensure that other people are able to attend Festival events where cost is normally a barrier.
All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. Perth Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance. Several performances in the 2024 Perth Festival program feature a complete lockout. Please check event pages for details. Film screenings at UWA Somerville are subject to certain weather conditions. Updates on any changes to the film schedule are broadcast by 7pm online and on Perth Festival social media channels.
