Seating at the venue

Tickets are general admission, however like a lot of outdoor events some people use their own cushions or the Lotterywest Films blue cushions to save some seats while they go picnic. Please keep this in mind when picking a seat. If it's empty it's definitely free!

Somerville is accessible by car, public transport or bicycle. 

Parking
UWA has many car parks patrons can access. Please refer to all signage in the car park for payments and duration. The closest car park to Somerville Auditorium, that does have access bays is:
Car Park 1
Located on the north side of the Recreation Centre
Entry via Stirling Highway
5 x ACROD bays

Transport 
Buses frequently travel past UWA along Stirling Highway and Mounts Bay Road. Please refer to the Transperth website for details. Plan your journey with Transperth on their website or call their info line 13 62 13.

Cycling
There are bicycle racks located at the entrance to Somerville beside the Recreation Centre.

Getting around
Pick up and set down is available in UWA's Car Park 1. A bay is allocated for drop off on the eastern side of the car park.

Level access to venue from paved entry.
Venue flooring is a combination of paving and compact dirt.

Seating
Our wheelchair seating has been relocated to better positions with prime viewing. If you need a hand locating the spots please speak to front of house.

Wheelchair seating is also available on the side of the auditorium. Speak to our lovely venue staff on arrival if you require assistance.

Hard back chairs are available on either side of the auditorium on the wings, at the front and the back.

Toilets
A universal access toilet is located in the foyer of the neighbouring Octagon Theatre. Additional accessible toilets are located in the Music building.

Audio
There is no audio loop available for performances in UWA Somerville Auditorium.
