Perth Festival 2025 Survey Golden Ticket Competition Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Competition Details 

By completing and submitting the Perth Festival survey, participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a Perth Festival 2026 Golden Ticket. 

2. Eligibility 

To be eligible to enter the competition, participants must: 

  • Complete the Perth Festival survey in full.
  • Be over the age of 18.
  • Provide a valid name and contact email address.

Employees of Perth Festival and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

3. Competition Period 

The competition opens on 10 March 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AWST) on 6 Apr 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered. 

4. Prize Details 

The prize is a Perth Festival 2026 Golden Ticket, which includes: 

  • A double pass to up to 10 Perth Festival events of the winner’s choosing during the 2026 Festival season.
  • Tickets are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through the Perth Festival ticketing team.
  • The Golden Ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Some events may be excluded from selection due to capacity or contractual restrictions. The Perth Festival team will work with the winner to ensure as much choice as possible.

5. Prize Draw and Notification 

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 7 April 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 10 business days, Perth Festival reserves the right to redraw and allocate the prize to another eligible participant.

6. Privacy and Use of Data 

By entering the competition, participants agree that their personal information (name, email address) will be collected and used by Perth Festival for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

Survey responses will be kept confidential and used solely for research and evaluation purposes to improve future Festivals.

7. General Conditions 

  • Perth Festival reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Perth Festival reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
