We're on the lookout for energetic, reliable and friendly crew to help bring Perth Festival 2026 to life. Each summer, hundreds of people join our team to create unforgettable experiences across our venues - from East Perth Power Station and The Embassy to a variety of pop-up sites across the city. 

If you're hands-on, love live events and want to be part of something special, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're keen to pour a pint, run a cable, welcome guests or build a site from the ground up - there's a role for you.

Available Roles

  • Bar Staff - Serve drinks, restock bars and keep the good vibes flowing.
  • Front of House Staff - Greet audiences, check tickets and make every patron feel welcome.
  • Drivers - Help transport artists, crew and equipment safely between venues.
  • Green Team - Keep the Festival sustainable by supporting waste and recycling initiatives.
  • Runners - The ultimate all-rounders, supporting teams and artists wherever help is needed.
  • Signage Crew - Bring the Festival to life with creative and practical wayfinding across our sites.
  • Signage Install Team Leader - Lead & supervise a team of signage legends to realise the brand across all our venues.
  • Site Crew - Roll up your sleeves to help build, maintain and pack down event infrastructure.
  • Stage Management - Support rehearsals and performances, ensuring everything runs smoothly backstage.
  • Technical Crew - Assist with lighting, sound and staging across our venues.
  • Wardrobe Staff - Support performers and productions with costumes, fittings and quick changes.
