Since opening its doors in 2005 the Club has become one of Perth’s premier event venues winning numerous industry accolades – including three successive coveted Gold Plate Awards.
Today, the Club boasts nearly 5000 Members all of whom have joined to stay connected to the University of Western Australia. With stylish dining outlets, award winning cuisine and a vibrant event calendar the University Club is the educated choice for those looking for a rewarding and vibrant membership experience.
Ramps are located at the main and rear entrances of the Club and elevators are located at the front and middle of the Club’s basement car park.
Two accessible bays are located in the Club’s basement car park, and additional accessible bays are located in car park 3 (located adjacent to the Club).
Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor next to Club Reception and on the first floor next to the Club Restaurant & Bar.
Designated wheelchair-friendly seating is available in the Auditorium and Case Study Room, and can easily be set up in any other function space.
Service animals are welcome in all areas of the venue.

Club Member Parking
Club Members with a valid Club parking permit are able to park in available bays in the undercover parking area of the University Club. This is a ticketed area and members can park for a maximum of 3 hours at $2 per hour.
Full Day Parking
Long term parking is available on a pay and display basis along Hackett Drive and on busy days, additional parking is available in car park 3 (immediately adjacent to the Club) at a cost of $15 per bay. Tickets are available for purchase from the attendant at the entrance to the undercroft car park. Please note that these bays are only available in the morning.
Short Term Parking
The remaining bays in car park 3 are available on a pay and display basis at a cost of $2 per hour, however please note that this car park does have a three hour limit, and vehicles must be moved after three hours, therefore this area is not recommended for delegates attending full-day conferences.
Conference organisers can reserve parking bays for their delegates, speakers or VIP guests at a cost of $15 per bay. These will be located in the Club’s undercroft carpark or car park 3, subject to availability.
Evenings and Weekends
Car parking is free of charge after 5pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends in all university car parks.
