Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have sufficient time to watch the events refunds will not be given for unwatched or unfinished events.
You will require a working device with internet access to view the stream. If you have a smart TV, you can mirror/cast from iPads and smartphones.
Please note that Perth Festival cannot issue refunds for problems related to your internet connection.
What events can I stream?
Selected events can be streamed from your chosen device at home.

How do I watch the event?
First purchase your watch at home ticket from our website.
You will then be sent an order confirmation email followed by an email titled 'Your ticket to XXX | Watch at Home' with an access code and a link to watch the event. To watch the event, click the 'Watch Now' button.
Please note the email containing the access code can take up to 30min to arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk, updates and promotions folders.
Code not working? Make sure there are no spaces (the space bar key) before the code or after the code. Same goes for your email address.
What if I don't receive the 'Your ticket' email?
If you do not receive the email with the 'watch now' link please check your junk, updates, promotions folders. It can take up to 30min to arrive in your inbox.
If you still don't receive it please contact us via the chat button on our website.
How long do I have to watch the event?
The video link will be active until the date specified on the event page and in the email. You can either watch it live as the event is happening, or watch the event after it has taken place.
During a film’s viewing window, you will be able to rewind, forward through, pause or exit and restart the film. Please note that undertaking any of these actions will not extend the viewing window.
How many devices can I watch the event on?
One ticket = one activation code. This code can only be used on one device (device = computer, tablet or mobile).
If you purchase two tickets you will receive two unique activation codes. These must be used on separate devices.
Will any of the events sell out or are tickets unlimited?
Tickets are generous for the Watch at Home events but not unlimited. If you don't want to miss out we recommend buying as soon as possible.
What is the ticket price?
All of our Literature & Ideas events are Pay What You Can from $0. Any amount do wish you pay will be used to ensure that other people are able to attend Festival events where cost is normally a barrier.
Can I use a Perth Festival gift voucher to purchase tickets?
Yes, you can.
