Ticketing and Customer Service Team

We are seeking an expression of interest from people who are keen to join our dynamic Ticketing and Customer Service Team.  Working under the direction of the Customer Relations & Ticketing Manager, these important roles are the engine room of the Perth Festival and will offer a unique opportunity to live the Festival experience. 

In particular, we are looking for:

  • Box Officer Team Leader (full-time contract position) September 2021 to March 2022
  • Ticketing Coordinators (both part-time and full-time contract positions) September 2021 to March 2022
  • A pool of box office and ticketing casuals to work from October 2021 to February 2022
