Campaign Coordinator

We're seeking a driven and detailed Campaign Coordinator to join our 2021 Festival team.

We are an annually curated multi-genre arts festival in Perth, WA that showcases the very best of national and international film, theatre, circus, dance, literature and music. The Lotterywest Film season runs from November to April and the Perth Festival runs across February and March, but we are busy all year planning and preparing for delivery. Our team expands from a core team of 34 to over 200 at the peak of Festival – creating a unique, fast paced and ever-changing working environment.

The Role

The role of Campaign Coordinator is a full-time time, fixed-term position, ideally commencing in August 2020 and concluding in late March.   • Day to day campaign coordination such as scheduling meetings, campaign implementation, campaign administration and post campaign analysis
  • Coordinating and producing creative marketing communications and content, including articles/blogs, bespoke campaigns for small projects, campaign showcases and campaign toolkits
  • Support the team with the delivery of materials and branding collateral such as signage on-time and to brief

Our ideal team member will tick these boxes:

  • At least three years of experience in a marketing department or agency
  • A solid understanding of implementing brand framework
  • A professional social networker, with experience in website CMS
