Lotterywest Films

The best in international cinema under a Western Australian night sky.

As ten million Instagram pictures tell us, Perth loves a sunset. Sunsets are for the start of dreams, of possible futures and for our Festival the beginning of a new cinematic journey every single night at our two outdoor cinemas – this year offering greater menu choices and an improved picnic experience.

It seems we’re at the start of a change in cinema. The dreams that come to us from around the world are more various, more playful, more surprising than ever. Our program is full of new voices, new stories, new ways of seeing and dreaming. And that’s only Season One. Discover more in January when we release Season Two.

A sunset shared with friends or strangers, or a trip to the cinema, is more than twice as good as watching alone.

So join us at nightfall and dream with us.
