About

Join one of Australia’s most beloved authors for lunch when Di Morrissey talks to PFWW Guest Curator William Yeoman about her latest novel The Red Coast. A story of resistance and
resilience under the Kimberley’s soaring sun and blue skies, The Red Coast marks a long-awaited return to the North-West for Morrissey.

After the upheaval which separated Jacqui Bouchard from her beloved son, she has finally settled in Broome, a magical remote town on the northwest coast of Australia. As the town begins to tear itself apart, Jacqui is confronted with her own dilemma: to stay or leave? Who to trust ... who to love?

The full Writers Week program will be announced on Thursday 18 January.
