‘Revive your wonder at the weird but ultimately awe-inspiring ways in which humans can help nature do its work.’

THE NEW YORK TIMES

To professional couple Molly, John, and their beloved rescue dog Todd, trading their smog-filled Los Angeles city life for a new home on 87 hectares of farmland could be a way to paradise on earth.

Molly has long dreamed of growing everything she could ever wish to cook, and her idea of farming – dozens of animals and plants all working together – seems like utopia. Yet through years of industrial farming, their soil is now utterly barren. Where do they start their mammoth project to return life to the land?

With breathtaking cinematography and lovable animal characters this beautiful documentary shows us eight years of lightbulb moments, and one of the most abundantly inspiring projects on earth.
