How to submit a booking request

The performance, event and/or exhibitions available for booking will either be delivered through a bespoke schools only event or feature an additional learning opportunity such as Artist Talk or Q&A session as part of a general public performance. The Visual Arts Exhibitions are generally all open to the public.

Please note that school group tickets have limited capacity and are subject to availability.

Booking Request Process

  • Schools fill in the booking request form located on this page

  • You will receive an automated confirmation that your booking request has been submitted successfully

  • Perth Festival's ticketing team will contact the school booking staff member to confirm availability and hold your tickets for 5 working days. Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by Perth Festival.

  • School bookings close on Thursday 16 December 2021. It may be possible to access school tickets later than this date, however, it is strongly recommended that schools book prior to this date in order to avoid disappointment.

  • Final confirmations of ticket numbers and payment from schools are due no later than Friday 4 January 2022 (Week 1, Term 1). It is recommended that schools confirm tickets and make payments as soon as possible.

Schools that miss out on schools priced tickets are welcome to book to attend alternative performances as members of the general public audience. This can be done as part of the general ticketing release via the Perth Festival or partner venues websites.

All schools attending any performances or event throughout the festival will be eligible to receive available education resources regardless of the performance they attend. Shows with educational resources associated with them are outlined on the Creative Learning webpage.
